WHY IS THIR NO INSTRUCTIONS I HATE THIS APP FIX THIS

I have been looking for an app form a professional to instruct the Ab workout exercises though I am a regular gym lover but hiring someone professional is very expensive but now very much satisfied with the great Ab workout techniques.

I am huge fan of this app as their sessions are pretty influencing and real techniques are shown for the six pacs.

Its one of the best app that I found for whole body workouts.. .. Deserves a 5***** Star comment..
